Copper Level Total Service Agreement (TSA)

The TSA provides a more cost effective method for maintenance of your web site(s). If maintaining your website is not for you or if you don't have the time to manage it yourself, the purchase of one of our TSA levels will streamline the entire website updating process. By purchasing the Copper Level Support, all of your Technical Support, Training, Data Entry, Programming and/or Re-Design needs will be addressed and charged towards your TSA. Any combination of Technical Support, Training, Data Entry with Programming and/or Web Site Re-Design work will be completed at the reduced Copper Level rate specified!

Copper Level of Support covers up to $350.00 for Training,Technical Support, Data Entry, Programming and/or WebSite Re-Design at the reduced rate of:

Data Entry: $52.00/hour*

Training, Technical Support, Programming, Re-Designing: $147.00/hour*

*Regular Hourly Rates: Data Entry: $ 60/hour Programming and Re-design: $155/hour
